This is for a food and beverage pass for all days of our event and does not include presentations. This is for people accompanying an attendee.
Please note that our venue is at Rush Creek Lodge, near Yosemite National Park. For the hotel, under “Special Codes or Rates” change the drop-down to “Group code” then enter FOMHP26 before reserving your hotel room to get the best room rate ($154 night). You can also call the hotel (209)379-2373 and tell them you are attending the forum.
The Forum event includes breakfast, lunch and dinner at the lodge as well as an open bar in the evenings.
